How do I make changes to my subscription?Updated 12 days ago
To make changes to your subscription:
1. Login into your account by clicking Here.
2. Click Subscriptions at the top of the page.
3. Click Manage Subscriptions
4. Select the subscription you want to update and make your changes. You can change the shipping frequency, add or remove a product, or skip a shipment.
5. When finished making changes click Save Changes.
To cancel your subscription: Scroll down to the bottom and click Cancel Subscription. Confirm your choice on the next screen to complete the cancellation.
*If your subscription has already been processed, please email our team at [email protected] as soon as possible. If the order was processed more than 24 hours ago, we may be unable to stop the current shipment, but all future shipments can be cancelled.
