Birdie & Louie™ Refund & Store Credit Policy
We stand behind the quality and safety of our food and treats, and we want every pet to love Birdie & Louie™— but we know some pets have pickier palates than others. Therefore, Birdie & Louie™ offers no warranty or money-back guarantee.
Tip: We do offer smaller packs if you’d like your pet to try a few flavors before stocking up—available at birdieandlouie.com.
Refunds
Refunds are only offered for damaged or incorrect items and must be requested within 15 days of delivery. If approved (at Birdie & Louie’s sole discretion), we’ll refund the purchase price or a portion of the purchase price (less shipping and handling) to your original payment method.
- Refunds are not available for purchases made through other retailers (online or in-store).
- All “final sale” or promotional items are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 15 days of delivery. We’ll make it right—no return shipping required.
Pet Didn’t Like It?
No need to ship food back—just donate it locally, and we’ll issue store credit for the purchase price (less shipping and handling) so your pet can try a different recipe.
How to Request a Refund or Store Credit
Email us at [email protected] with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the product and packaging (if damaged)
- A brief description of the issue
Refunds and store credits are processed within 10 business days. Refunds will go back to your original payment method. Store credits are issued directly to your Birdie & Louie™ account and can be used anytime at checkout on our website. Please note, store credits expire after 1 year.
Why No Returns?
We never resell food once it leaves our facility, therefore we are unable to accept returns. If your pet doesn’t love something, we encourage you to donate it to a local shelter or rescue—it’s a great way to brighten another pet’s day.
